
We hope you will support Palos Verdes High School Football, Cheer, Song and Band
programs by participating with an ad in the 2011 Football Program. The 2011 Edition
will be a high quality program with photographs and information about the players,
coaches, games, cheerleaders, song leaders and band members. The programs are
sold at every home game and in each new issue the cover will change and there will be
updated photographs from the previous game. It is a keepsake
Personal ads, as well as business ads are welcome. Just chose the ad size and
provide us with a copy of what you would like your ad to say. All business cards and
company logos must be camera ready or JPEG ready with minimum 300 DPI. If you
would like to run a coupon with your ad please feel free to do so.
Click for the form to submit with the ad you have sold. Please attach payment with
the ad form and camera ready art. If you will be emailing the ad please send in the form
with payment only and indicate that you have emailed the ad. Submit one form per ad.
Guidelines:
• Hard copies will be accepted but must be CAMERA READY
• Must be the size of the ad purchased with min 300 DPI
• High resolution Adobe PDF with min 300 DPI
• CD or DVD saved as a JPEG
• Exact wording...printed neatly or typed
Submission:
• Ads should be turned in with the clearance packets at the collection box in the
coachʼs office or at the Team Parentʼs house.

Each athlete is required to sell a minimum of $300.00 in program advertisements. This
$300.00 minimum can be achieved by selling multiple business card ads to a single half
page ad The program advertisement form is attached. As an incentive to all football
families, should your advertisement sales reach the following amounts:
Freshmen Player $600 in ads
Jr. Varsity Player $700 in ads
Varsity Player $1000 in ads
YOUR HUDDLE CLUBS FEES WILL BE WAIVED
If you do not reach these goals, your Huddle Club fees are due in full and remain your
responsibility. ADS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN JULY 15, 2011. |
